How our investment works.
When we have a big property, for example like our restaurant project of 500 sqm, we divide it into 5 equal parts and sell 4 parts to our investors.
4 Equal parts of 350.000 € for a total investment of 1.400.000 €. While the 5th part remains in the possession of the seller, who will also manage the property. The entirety of the property is rented for a restaurant for 6000€ per month. The restaurant makes a contract for 6 years, this way all of the investors receive a guaranteed passive income of 1500€ per month, with a guaranteed buyback after 6 years of investment for the same price as bought (350.000€) regardless of the market price in 6 years.
